TOUR TERMS and CONDITION

• we don’t need your credit card number, payment will be at the end of the service according to the quoted rates;
• We only accept cash payment or travelers cheques in euros;
• we don’t accept credit card payments.
• our prices are per vehicle ,not per person ,are expressed in euro funds and include tolls, parking, fuel and luggage handling;
• our prices don’t include client’s meals, food and beverages, entrance fees to museum or monuments, gratuities and everything not expressly mentioned as included;

Cancellation policy of reserved services

• with over 72 hours notice in advance: no charge;
• between 72 and 24 hours notice in advance: 50 % charge;
• with less than 24 hours notice in advance: full charge.

Payments and confirmations

• the confirmation email will be sent within 36 hours. if you don’t receive the confirmation, please  contact us;
